Risk Disclosure

Gapperz is an informational research tool, not financial advice. Trading involves risk of substantial loss. You are responsible for your trading decisions.

Trading involves risk

You can lose some or all of the money committed to trading. Short selling and trading with borrowed money can create losses greater than your initial investment. Day trading can produce rapid losses and is not suitable for everyone. Broker, margin and account requirements apply independently of Gapperz.

Small-cap risks

Small-cap and low-priced stocks can have sharp price changes, limited liquidity, wide bid-ask spreads, trading halts and limited reliable information. Desired trades may be difficult to execute or close, and manipulation or misleading promotion can affect prices. A stop order or alert does not guarantee an exit price.

Research is not a recommendation

Scanner matches, alerts, signals, scores, levels and AI explanations identify research information. They do not tell you to buy, sell or hold a security, determine suitability for your circumstances, or guarantee a result. A pattern, catalyst or historical observation may not repeat. Gapperz does not execute trades or manage investment funds.

Data and technology have limits

Market data, news, calculations and AI output can be delayed, incomplete or wrong. Connections can fail and alerts may arrive late or not arrive. Check source timestamps, data-state labels and relevant information with your broker or another reliable source before acting.

Examples and simulations

Sample screens and paper trades are illustrations, not actual account results. Hypothetical, backtested and event-study results may benefit from hindsight and omit execution constraints, liquidity, fees or other real-world conditions. Past performance and simulated results do not predict future results. See our data and research methodology for the status and limits of published research.
