Using Gapperz

These terms are between you and Timaion LLC, a California limited liability company that operates Gapperz (“we” or “us”). They govern your use of gapperz.com and the Gapperz service. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms. You must be at least 18 and legally able to enter into this agreement. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Keep your account information accurate and your login details secure. Do not share or resell account access. Contact us if you believe someone has accessed your account without permission. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle information about you.

Information, not investment advice

Scanner matches, alerts, signals, charts, AI summaries, research levels and educational content are information for your research. They are not personalized investment advice or a recommendation or instruction to buy, sell or hold a security. A symbol appearing in Gapperz is not an endorsement, and a score or pattern does not predict an outcome.

Gapperz does not assess your financial circumstances, investment objectives or suitability for a trade. It does not execute trades or hold your investment funds. Simulations and paper-trading tools do not place real orders. You are responsible for your decisions and for checking information with your broker or another reliable source. Subscriptions, renewals and cancellation

The plan, price, billing interval and any applicable taxes are shown before checkout. Monthly and annual subscriptions are charged in advance and renew automatically for the same interval until canceled. An annual plan is billed for the full year; a displayed monthly equivalent is not a monthly payment plan.

Cancel before your next renewal through Settings → Manage subscription, which opens the Stripe billing portal. Cancellation stops future renewals and normally leaves access available until the end of the paid period. If you cannot access billing management, contact support@gapperz.com for help. Deleting the app or closing a browser does not cancel a subscription.

Paid fees are generally non-refundable, and we do not provide prorated refunds for unused portions of a billing period, except where required by law or where we agree otherwise. Contact support about an incorrect charge. Mandatory cancellation, withdrawal and refund rights remain available. Any trial, promotion or special refund offer applies only if its terms are shown when you subscribe.

We will give advance notice of material price changes before they affect a renewal, so you can cancel first. A failed payment may interrupt paid access. Changes and cancellation dates are shown in your billing account.

Data, AI and availability

Market data and news come from third parties. Information may be delayed, incomplete, unavailable or incorrect. Live, delayed, stale, replay and sample labels describe the displayed data; they do not guarantee execution quality or continuous availability. Alerts can arrive late or fail to arrive.

AI-generated explanations can be wrong. Review the available source, timestamp and context. Historical observations and hypothetical results do not establish future performance. We may change features and reasonable usage limits as the service develops. We will communicate material changes affecting paid access.

Permitted use

You may use Gapperz for your own research within your plan. Gapperz and its licensors retain their rights in the software, content and data. Access does not transfer ownership or give permission to redistribute licensed data.

• Do not break the law, misuse another person’s account, bypass access controls or interfere with the service.
• Do not resell, scrape, bulk-export, republish or redistribute the service or licensed data without the required permission.
• Do not use automation that bypasses usage limits or disrupts the service. Downloads expressly provided for public use may be used for their stated purpose.

We may restrict or suspend access for misuse, security reasons, non-payment or legal requirements. Where reasonably possible, we will explain the reason and how to resolve it. Contact support to close an account; cancellation of paid billing should be handled at the same time.

Responsibility and limits

The service is provided as available. To the extent permitted by law, we do not give warranties of uninterrupted operation, error-free data or fitness for a particular trading purpose. We are not responsible for your trading outcomes or for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the service.

These limits do not exclude liability for fraud, intentional misconduct or any responsibility that the law does not allow us to exclude. Nothing in these terms removes mandatory consumer protections.

Updates and questions

We will identify changes with an updated date and notify account holders of material changes through the service or email. When renewed acceptance is needed, we will request it. Contact support@gapperz.com about these terms or a dispute so we can try to resolve it. California law governs these terms, subject to any mandatory protections that apply where you live.
